How do we get started?
- Call our toll-free number at 1-877-497-2273 or 562-430-2910.
- Our patient coordinator will answer all your inquiries regarding home care for your loved ones.
- We schedule an in-home or hospital appointment at any time convenient to you to assess the level of care needed at no cost or obligation. We observe the patient and see what kind of care they may need. We then discuss with the family the level of care and the corresponding cost of the service.
- We provide you with our Company Folder. Inside is the company’s brochure and a copy of our Bond, Liability, and Workmen’s Compensation Insurance. Also, you will get a copy of our Hands-On-Care. It is a list of what to expect from your caregivers.
- If you decide to avail of our services, we will schedule caregivers for an interview. Again, it will be at a time and place convenient to the family. Once you have chosen your caregiver, we are now ready to start. The owners, Paul and Rachel, will personally be there for you and ensure everything turns out well. If (for any reason) you find out that the caregiver is not performing to your expectation, we can change them and shall not stop until we have found the right match for the patient.
